1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on rp678, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rp678 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will request documentary proof of age during KYC verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with our responsible gaming procedures.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) opening an account on your own behalf.
• You must be the beneficial owner of all funds deposited into your rp678 account. Funding an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold another active or suspended rp678 account. Each Member is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• You must not be listed on any international sanctions list, politically exposed persons (PEP) register, or financial crime watch-list applicable under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

3 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the rp678 registration process. By submitting your registration details, you represent and warrant that:

• All personal information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will promptly notify rp678 of any changes to your registered personal information by contacting support.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and will not share them with any third party. rp678 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you, unless you have previously notified rp678 of a suspected breach of account security.

rp678 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Registrations that appear to be made using false, incomplete, or inconsistent information will be rejected and referred for further review.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

rp678 is required under the terms of its international gaming license to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification for all Members. You agree to cooperate fully with our KYC process, which may include providing the following:

• Government-issued photo identification — a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days, bearing your name and residential address.
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported bank) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) used to fund your rp678 account.
• Source of funds declaration — for Members whose cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, rp678 may request documentation substantiating the lawful origin of deposited funds.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request will be processed. rp678 may also request updated KYC documentation at any time during the life of your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension and a temporary hold on your withdrawable balance pending resolution.

5 Deposits

rp678 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by rp678, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. rp678 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from an account not matching your verified identity will be returned to the originating account, less any transaction fees levied by the payment provider, and your account may be flagged for review.

rp678 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on Members who have activated responsible gaming deposit controls through their account settings or via a support request. Such limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours for daily limits, 7 days for weekly limits, and 30 days for monthly limits.

6 Withdrawals

Members may withdraw their available balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and your account must be in good standing (not suspended or under review).
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account held in your own name and matching the account used for your most recent deposit where reasonably practicable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• rp678 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 07:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically processed within 5 minutes at all hours.
• Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours, or requiring additional fraud or AML review, may take up to 24 hours to complete. Members will be notified via their registered contact details if a withdrawal is delayed for review.

rp678 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger our internal risk thresholds. This may include requesting additional KYC documentation or a brief processing hold. We will communicate any such hold to the Member within 2 hours of the request being flagged.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

rp678 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only, not on the deposit amount, unless the promotion is structured as a combined deposit-and-bonus requirement.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement. Live casino and table game wagers may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–25%) as specified per promotion. Sports betting wagers contribute 100% only when placed at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection.
3. Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 calendar days after the bonus is credited to the Member's account, unless the specific promotion states a shorter or longer period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account balance without notice.
4. One Bonus at a Time: A Member may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously. Claiming a second deposit bonus while a prior bonus wagering requirement is outstanding will void the earlier bonus.
5. Abuse Prevention: rp678 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee extraction of bonus funds, exploiting software errors or miscalculated odds, and coordinated wagering by groups of Members. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds and derived winnings voided and may be subject to account closure.
6. rp678 Right to Modify: rp678 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions via their registered email address.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on rp678 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that display an error state, a "pending" status beyond 60 seconds without confirmation, or a zero-value confirmation screen are not valid and should be reported to support immediately.
• Odds Errors: rp678 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error (palpable error). A manifest error is defined as odds that are materially inconsistent with prevailing market rates at the time of placement — typically, odds more than 20% outside the market average for the same selection at the same time. Members will be notified and their stake refunded if a bet is voided under this provision.
• Live Betting: In-play bets on live sporting events are subject to a short acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of broadcast delays. rp678 does not guarantee the acceptance of any in-play wager and reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• RNG Games: All random number generator (RNG) casino games and slot games on rp678 use certified RNG software that has been independently audited for fairness. The certified Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed on the game information card within the Platform.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be confirmed at minimum odds of 1.20 per leg. If one or more legs in a mix parlay are voided (e.g., due to a match abandonment), the parlay is recalculated using the remaining valid legs. A mix parlay reduced to a single valid leg is settled as a single bet.
• Asian Handicap (Voor Bola): Voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules. Detailed settlement rules for each handicap type (0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, and full-goal lines) are published in the sportsbook help section.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rp678. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interaction.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or using the identity of another person.
• Using, or attempting to use, software tools — including bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or automation tools — to interact with the Platform in a way that confers an unfair advantage or circumvents Platform security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, match outcomes, or bonus terms.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests through your bank or payment provider without first exhausting rp678's internal dispute resolution process.
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and doing so using VPN, proxy, or IP-spoofing tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the rp678 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data structures, and game assets — is the proprietary intellectual property of rp678 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Platform's content without express written permission from rp678.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use rp678's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorization.

11 Responsible Gaming

rp678 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following self-management tools to all Members, accessible via your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24–30 day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an automatic notification after a defined session length and optionally be logged out.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net wagering result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request to be blocked from re-registering. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp678's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to rp678 during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rp678 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages of any kind.
• Platform unavailability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or any other force majeure event.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any decision made by a Member based on information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game RTP figures.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rp678's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

rp678 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion if:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• rp678 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity connected to the account.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated against rp678 in connection with the account, pending resolution of the dispute.
• Continued operation of the account would expose rp678 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, rp678 will endeavor to complete its review within 14 business days and will notify the Member of the outcome. Where an account is permanently closed due to a verified breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct will be forfeited. Verified clean balances will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following the conclusion of any applicable investigation period.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any outstanding balance will be paid out to the Member's verified payment account after KYC is confirmed.

14 Amendments

rp678 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Member rights, deposit or withdrawal rules, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — rp678 will notify active Members via the registered email address at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates to contact details) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 13. 15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp678 holds its international gaming license.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through rp678's internal customer support and escalation process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body as specified in rp678's licensing terms. The language of arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
